Words each day, a total by a date, or both. Count words, minutes, or edits, rest when you planned to, and see the whole day in one sentence.

How a goal works

PartWhat it does
KindsWords each day, a total by a date, or both, with daily numbers that follow what the total and the date need.
TiersMinimum, target, and stretch each day. Clearing the minimum keeps the streak, and each tier keeps its own.
What countsWords kept, every typed word, minutes at the keyboard, or edits, so a day of revision still counts.
Wiki writingCount words written in the editor, the wiki, or both.
Rest daysLeave days out of the week, or write on any few days in every 7. Rest days never break a streak.
Days offTake days off for every goal at once. Targets due on them move to the days around them.
ClimbStart below your target and step up to it, with an offer to raise the target once you have met it.
Saved wordsWords past the target can cover up to 3 days of minimums.
PresetsNovel November in the autumn, a New Year's resolution in the winter, and habits for any schedule all year.
RemindersAn optional desktop notification on a writing day that still needs words.
Dashboard tileRings, today's sentence, the week, and the book chart, in any size from one cell to sixteen.
